IDC SERVCO is a toner scam wich started before 2008. It seems they are still in business sending toner which costs around $89-$120 and billing you about $699 including shipping. I stumbled upon them a few years ago and put a stop to it. Apparently they keep their contact phone listing. What ever you do do not pay them a dime! This is considered Fraud under SEC and GAAP regulations. In no way is a company allowed to purchase a minimal priced item and mark it up so high. I am suprised they have not been audited yet. I believe this is along the same type of faud where companies ship items worth almost nothing yet charge $500 for delivery or shipping charges. Legally they cannot do anything to you so refuse the delivery do not pay their restocking fee of the ficticious items. Believe me if you threaten them with a lawsuite they will eave you alone. I did catch their most recent invoice intime before it was paid but, the way they get you is they call someone at the front desk as about your equipment. Next they will send one box of toner. The unsuspecting admin at the front desk usually thinks RICOH or staples is calling. So be cautious and have you staff check unit pricing. Know the value of what you are purchasing and shop around. Always ask how much does this cost? Do not let staff independantly place orders always double check.
