IDC Servco Mytel International, Inventory Dispatch Center, Supply Processing Center Scam Calles, Unauthorized Orders Shipped, Abusive Telephone Reps. Internet

We have been dealing with this company for SIX YEARS,  In 2010, while our Office Manager was on maternity leave, they called the temp, claiming to be our regular copy machine maintenance company, and asked for the model number of our machine.  In the months of June, July and August, we received 4 invoices for outrageously priced toner.  These invoices then ended up slipping through our accounting department, due to absences and temps. 

Since this incident, our staff has been warned and whenever they call and we let them we know that they are in fact NOT our maintenance company, they verbally abuse us and hang up.  I am absolutely SICK of this.  How can this even be legal?  I am preparing to file a report with the Washington State Attorney General's Office.  This has got to stop!!

I have called IDC Servco and their manager, Jim, claims that they only process the orders.  They supposedly have nothing to do with the reps that telemarket said orders.  I am skeptical.

In the future, if you deal with this company and have a fax machine, tell them you "were actually just thinking about how you needed toner" and then try to get them to send you a faxed order form.  This will allow you to collect their phone number...hopefully.  This is the only thing I can think of doing.
