On Nov 18,2010 I was informed I was on the internet on Ripoff Report doing business as IDC/NUPUP LLC which formed a new LLC in 9/1/09 and i was listed as a manger. I called to Florida and these documents were filed electronically with my name as a manger but not one signature on any documents that were filed to start a new company. The good news if there is any is the company is now closed with signature by John, Jenifer and Les who I do know from Colorado who was dealing with John. I have never meet or talked to John or Jenifier but Les had based on project funding for a couple projects and what i have learned from Les is they took are company names formed the llc with out our knowing. Les had found out that a LLC was formed and had it closed which was done 12/30/09
