This company offers a free trial of their product. They state that you must cancel a subscription with them within 15 days of the date you order the product. I did call and cancel, however they claim I did not. I have seen many other consumers that also called to cancel but are still billed. After realizing they were not going to stop shipment and refund me, I decided I would return the product, as it does not work anyway, per their return policy. This policy states that you must contact them via email to request an "RMA", a return authorization. I have repeatedly emailed them requesting the RMA and they refuse to issue it. I still have not even received the product as of today but was told it was shipped on 04/30/09. You only have 15 days from the date of shipement to have the return postmarked with a valid RMA. They are delaying in giving the RMA so that time can pass and they do not have to refund me. When you call the 800 number on the website the representatives that answer all say that they are the supervisor and cannot give the RMA. They are of no help. Countless people are being scammed by this company. Please help.
