IFIT ICON health and fitness they are selling a product that totally doesn't work and they know it Internet

IFIT, owned by ICON health and fitness does not work.  It was fine until the end of November when supposedly the software was re-written and nothing has worked since.  Some exercise equipment, Nordictrack, Epic and others, are sold with the IFIT feature, again which doesn't work.  IFIT has stopped posting info on their website.  When you contact ICON they act surprised that there is a problem.  Some IFIT customer service reps still pretend there is nothing wrong though there are some honest ones who say they are not sure when anything will be fixed but they're hopeful that someday it will actually work as promised.  

Whether you purchased equipment because of the IFIT features, or had it before they "fixed" something that wasn't broken, you now have something that doesn't work as advertised.  When you buy a treadmill or exercise bike that has IFIT, you are not told it doesn't work.  When you access their website, you are not told that it doesn't work.
