I reported to my bank as a possible fraudulent charge. On 10/31, another charge of $79.99 appeared on my bank account. I tried the 800 number again. It was in service again but busy. Finally got through to a recording that stated heavy calls and held the line for 30 minutes. I emailed their customer service as encouraged by the recording to email@example.com which turned out to be an undeliverable address.
With the initial incorrect bank charge I did not want to open the package when it arrived as it appeared to already be a problem. I found the "rip-off" information on this company on line and have decided to return the unopened package today.
