I order the Storm Vac after seeing it on TV. I finally received the item after calling, I was suppose to receive a free steamer with the vac. I called and checked the status of the free item and I was to pay 20.00 for the shipping. I authorized the 20.00 charge and this was back in February of this year. Not only did they charge my credit card double, they still have not shipped the free steamer. I spoke with a person named Maria and she told me that I was charged 40.00 because I had ordered all the attachments with the Free steamer, not true and she even told me that it has not even been shipped yet and that it would be shipped on 4/7/06 and a credit will show on my Credit card statment.The Vac is a piece of junk, but I do use the hand held part that is like a dust buster, but more powerful. I did not like the Wind Storm, but decided it was easier to keep it than to try and send it back, because it is almost impossible to get through to them on the phone and when you do, you conviently get cut off or a recording tells you that the computers are down. I am still calling them about the double charge and wanting to know where my free steamer (not so free) is.
