ILD Teleservices, Inc Cramming, unauthorized charges in phone bill through AT&T. East Rutherford, New Jersey

I used automated charge into my business checking account. The ILD Teleservices, Inc seeped into my bill through AT&T from 2009 and charged every month of $34.95, until recently I found out. Contacted with AT&T to correct the bill is no help. AT&T claimed they know nothing about it. Even I requested to put a block on it, it still showed up on the next 2 cycles billings. I spent lots of times to call to correct. Most of time got rude customer support from AT&T.

One of AT&T customer support claimed that ILD pays for AT&T to bill me, and it is legal! What kind of claim is that? ILD pays AT&T to do ILLEGAL thing and AT&T is proud of THAT! All in all, I'm very frustrating.
