Suspect that they are (profiting by?) (the victim of?) a third party billing scam by a client of theirs.
$14.95 was added to phone bill by NATIONS 1ST COMM c/o ILD Teleservices.
Indicates that charge is for: VOICEMAIL MNTHLY FEE.
This is for a service that was not requested by anyone in our household.
