IMMEDIATE RESPONSE GROUP, LLC DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT PAY THEIR BILLS!!! REPUBLIC, Missouri

In 2008 and 2009 we sold Immediate Response Group several Thermal Imaging cameras.  We were assured by Joe Peters that they would pay within our Net 30 terms.  We bent over backwards to procure a hundred of batteries in addition and always shipped UPS next day as he was in a hurry since they were always ready to deploy to some emergency situation or another.  They did not want to pay by credit card as they said they had trouble doing this before. 

Both Joe Peters and Jamey McGuire will not return our phone calls or email after several email responses promising to pay.  They claimed hardship, that customers had not paid them but would get these invoices paid.  They presently owe us over $10,000.00.

I have talked with other Night Vision and Thermal Imaging dealers who have had calls from Immediate Response Group trying to obtain equipment from them and we have warned them not to extend open terms to IRG. 

We are presently still trying to collect these debts and have a judgement against them, but it looks like we will not get paid as they are going to file bankruptcy.  Be cautious, don't extend credit to them!
