AS I write this letter I am being riped off. I SPOKE TO MONICA BROWN AND NATALIE at (780)707-3163. bOTH ASSURED ME THAT THE CHECK FOR $2,994.80 WOULD CLEAR MY BANK. BUT I FIRST HAD TO SEND $2,835.00 BY WESTERN UNION, WHICH COST TO SEND AN ADDITIONAL $139.00 FOR WESTERN UNION FEE. THIS WAS TO COVER OUT OF THE COUNTRY CLEARENCE TAX FEE'S.
IT WAS EXPLAINED THAT ONCE THEY RECEIVE THIS CHECK, THAT MY WINNING FROM THE IMPERIAL FOUNDATION LOTTO OF $120,000.00 WOULD BE SENT TO ME LESS $6,000.OO FOR ADDITIONAL TAX,S. THE WESTERN UNION MONEY WAS SENT TO A GRACE FREEMAN AT 2020 MAIN STREET, ST. DARTHMONTH,NS B3M2L4. MONICA SAID THIS WAS MY AGENT IN CANADA.
THERE HAS GOT TO BE FEDERAL BUREAU INVESTIGATION AGENCY THAT WILL CATCH THESE PEOPLE AND OR LAWYERS THAT WILL PICK THIS CASE UP AND HAVE THESE PEOPLE PUT AWAY.

Guys, I got one of those, too. thank God I don't trust anyone!! I did not call or deposit the check. Lets all get together and try to do something. there must be something!! Get on Oprah or one of those places and expose them for what they are. NO ONE requires you to pay THEM first when winning. All costs and taxes are taken out of your winnings. IT just irks me because it came at a time when I'm in such desperate need of money!!

This is just reprehensible! i'm 54 years old and still working away at a job that just about kills me with RA( an auto-immune disease ). I just bought a car and an trying to get out of debt as I write this letter. I can't even imagine how much I would welcome even $1000 bucks!! I got one of those letters too with the "real lookin" check so I decided to google Readers Digest Publishers Clearinghouse Sweepstakes and found this site! Thank God I'm such a skeptic!! i just don't trust anyone anymore...there is such SCUM out there!!
How can we band together to do something to these guys?? I want to GET THEM!! I have the letter, the check and the phone #. I'm going to the cops tomorrow, but people will still get ripped off and there is no way to stop it as communication gets easier and they are able to access our info so easily!! I'm sure they got my address from some where on the net..I do use ebay and places like that...but I've had so much happen I don't trust ANYONE at my age...thank the good LORD!! Anyone have any advice as to how to go after em?

I have also received this scam and just want to state that something should be done about this! I am glad that I looked it up before I responded to this scam! It is upsetting when you are a family barely making it and you think things are going to look better! This company is so wrong and I would like to see them go down for the hurt they cause families.
