i think everyone who has been ripped off by wta and img should start contacting the new money maker tgc shannon holden which has been affiliated with the other two companies formed tgc her e-mail is shannon@thegconline.com
as you recall their was a group of sales people that sold you your membersips that would be alex miller at ext210 also has an ext with tgc #211, robert wakefield ext#220 and ext#115 but they claim these companies are in competition. i have so much info i will continue to post as time goes on until i receive a refund of $7450.00 today i received a disturbing call from an irrate old man with the initials r.w. who represents img. he proceeded to threaten us with all kinds of meaningless legal action.
this sick individual is just out of his mind. how dare he threaten me when he took money from me in return for a taste of another one of their failed business oppurtunities. maybe the third time is the charm. good luck tgc. any questions please call v.p. brad burke at 800-815-3933. i understand he is now accepting complaints on his home toll free number. don't delay, act now.

bad news - it is true that img won a lawsuit for over $790,000. good news - img wont see a penny, so they are still broke and out of business!

Robert, Miu, Gregg, Tim...whomever you are, you are KILLING my business! You are obviously the same person trying to build yourself and your cause up, you even copy and paste your posts everywhere, using different names (but they are the same posts). In July Tim says the same thing Robert just did, although Robert added some new misc unrelated companies and we all see that it is just words on the message boards meant to ruin the reputation of these companies. I have contacted the places you mentioned and NONE of them received information you said you sent in July. I have also seen posts on this board talking about a court case IMG won against a poster, which I will assume is you...but you just keep posting (does insanity run in your family?)
I am an IMG member and was doing very well until recently when I have suppliers and customers nervous to do business with me, because they are catching wind of these posts of yours. I am truly sorry if you are a real IMG affiliate and it didn't work for you, but I know there are hundreds of affiliates it is working for and I am one of them. Your attack on IMG isn't just hurting them, it is hurting me...and I have had enough. So, Robert, Miu, Gregg, Tim and others...if you are not the same person, let's hear some real information from each of you instead of all this anonymous stuff (where you cannot even remember what name goes with what type of post from board to board).

I think everyone who has been ripped off by WTA and IMG should start contacting the new money maker GSS! They are under the guise of Global Secure Services who is under Intelligent Force who is registered under Budget Corp in Nevada (they must have a special deal with NV, they sure seem to like their corporations). None of their new companies are registered on any yellow (or white) pages and neither are any of their listed officers (Tracey Padilla). Obviously their employees are having a harder time coming up with pseudo names huh, Shelby Ford
Call them at their corporate office and listen for those familiar voices (888.415.7200) or try to get a hold of their new Brad Burke F. Steego at 702.284.

I want to also thank those who have filed reports on this fraudulent company. Talk about the "eleventh hour"!! I had just put a check in the mail to TGC when that very evening I found this web-site. I called my bank and immediately stopped payment. Being victimized like that would have taken a severe toll to say the least. Thank you doesn't say enough for what you have saved me. It is not just the money either. I hve no doubt based on the facts presented here that I was about to be scammed. I am surprised really, when you consider the presence this company has on the internet etc., that the media would not pick up on this company and expose WTA/IMG/TGC for the criminals they are. I wonder just how many victims are out there.

Thank God I ran onto these reports by accident while trying to find the website for Global Connections. I had inquired about them earlier but decided against it because of an uneasy feeling I got out of nowhere! But, I decided to maybe give it another look just in case I was wrong.
I cant thank those individuals enough for bringing this to everyone's attention. Money does'nt come easy for any of us these days, and the decisions we make must be good ones.
I guess Global Connections underestimated the calibre of people who would respond to such an offer and found out we're not the idiots they took us for!!!

The BBB is a highly unreliable sourse for real information. How do you think the BBB supports their staff and other expenses. By taking doantions from the the companies that they are reporting on. Have you ever heard the expression "Don't bite the hand that feeds you"?
Bottom line is the BBB has a reputation for unreliable reporting of true statistics about companies. If you were to educate yourself about their practices you would find this to be accurate.
I'm sure if you even just searched this site for the BBB you could get a more detailed explanation of their practices.
Go ahead and take your chances with these people and good luck but just remember "We told you so". Sometimes people must learn things the hard way and that is ok I guess as long as you learn from your mistake and you are able to absorb the loss. The people posting on this and other sites are trying to help by preventing others form making the same mistakes we did.

I recently looked into TGC. The first thing I did was contact the Arizona Better Business Bureau. They had no record of any claims against TGC. How can that be when there are so many disgruntled people saying they are filing claims with the attorney general, BBB, etc.

1. FOR THESE COMPANIES TO BE THE SAME THEY MUST SHARE THE SAME OWNERS WHICH THEY DO NOT.
2.THESE COMPANIES HIRE OUTSIDE CONTRACTORS FOR SALES. THEY CAN WORK FOR ANYONE.AS TO MY UNDERSTANDING THESE SALESMAN DON'T WORK AT ANY OF THE PROPERTIES THE COMPANIES CONDUCT BUSINESS. AND AS EVERYONE KNOWS WHEN YOU DIAL THE EXTENSIONS THEIR IS ALWAYS VOICEMAIL.WHICH MEANS THEYRE CALLING IN FOR MESSAGES ALONG THE SAME LINES AS AN ANSWERING SERVICE.

Shannon Holden, formally of WTA is now the President of The Global Connection. (TGC) and per a conversation with the one & only Dick Wells, she worked at IMG also.
Mike Morgan, formally of WTA is now the President of Imternational Merchandise Group. (IMG)
Brenda (last name unknown, but we know it's her, we know that voice anywhere - she is also the one who collects the forwarded mail drop from the IMG "store front" office in Denver) of IMG (800-361-8235 ext. 302) also gets on the phone at Musketeer Partners after getting past the many call screeners she has. (very paranoid people there)
Bill Holden is active in sales at IMG (ext. 212) and at TGC at (800-475-8170 ext. 217)
Jim Step is active in sales at IMG (ext. 215) and TGC (ext. 109) and at Musketeer Partners (800-240-4006 ext. 247)

I know you think that it is too costly to file suit against you and that no one will bother due to the cost. But I am going to let the government take care of some of the bill. You have violated state laws in Illinois that are going to require answers from you.

Shannon Holden, formally of WTA is now the President of The Global Connection. (TGC) and per a conversation with the one & only Dick Wells, she worked at IMG also.
Mike Morgan, formally of WTA is now the President of Imternational Merchandise Group. (IMG)
Brenda (last name unknown, but we know it's her, we know that voice anywhere - she is also the one who collects the forwarded mail drop from the IMG "store front" office in Denver) of IMG (800-361-8235 ext. 302) also gets on the phone at Musketeer Partners after getting past the many call screeners she has. (very paranoid people there)

I know too about the sharing of phone extentions at both companies even though they both deny the other exists. It is rather odd that IMG would allow their "competition" to borrow their employees and divert their potential new recruits to TGC now that they are not selling anymore memberships. What a bunch of nice guys to be helping out their competitor.
Now Shannon at TGC worked at WTA which has ran away from all their members and left them high and dry. I have acquired a login & password from a discouraged member to get into the member site at WTA and you know that some of my listings are listed on their site also.
