My father who was 68 years old bought into the idea of retiring and spending more time at home. He heard their sales pitch on radio saying anyone can set up a site and start making profits that day, he was lead to believe that it was an easy process. My father purchased the upgrades as he was told this would make it even easier for him to achieve his financial goals to retire. He was "coached" and found it very difficult to understand the process. He asked me to help him out and so I did. I spoke to the "coach' then decided to try and figure things out on my own. This was not an easy process as they had said and no there were not immediate sales infact 2 years later there have been no sales at all not even one. I tried to tell my father tao call and cancel, he was told he should upgrade at every turn. I myself tried calling to discuss lack of sales and was told it was because we needed to upgrade our account to get more people to the site. I decided I wanted to try and get my fathers money back for him as he was diagnosed with lung cancer in 11/2008 and fell on hard financial times. I myself ordered products from warehouse direct and sold them to friends that has been the only sales made from this package. I again attempted to call and get a refund telling them what physical state my father was in, the person I spoke to was so rude I ended up hanging up and filing a report with BBB they replied saying it was my fathers fault and that he pretty much should of read his contract and no he was not entitled to a refund. My father passed away December 20 2009. I tried to call 7 times today to cancel this website I was able to speak to one live person for approx 2 min, I told him the name the account was under and that I wanted to know what fees are associated with this account. He never came back on I have spent 1.5 hours trying to cancel this account. I am very interested in joining a class action law suit please contact me with any information regarding law suit.
