I checked into the Intown Suite located at 1944 Piedmont Cir NE Atlanta Ga on September 5, 2009. I stayed one week and renewed on 9/12/2009. Both of these days are on Saturdays. On Monday 9/14/2009 I had an ergent situation that required me checking out on this day. I enquired to James about my refund becaus I had paid $195.00 for the week by debit card that did complete the bank. James said that I could not get a refund. I stated that was not on the official agreement. James said, "that he would see what he could do." When I went in to check out, James said that he could not check me out because he could not give me a refund. I told james to give me something showing that I checked out. The security officer was present during all of this. james printed up another room agreement inwhich in forged and misrepresented the documents. I brought it to james attention that that document was a misrepresentation of the original and he said that it was not. On the signature line I wrote: due refund from debit before signing my signature. James still has not return the funds due. I asked that everyone who has been delt unfavorable business dealing with this company to write to the Georgia state Governor, House of Representative, and Senate. Each of our Congressional leaders over see the aspect of all business of this country and they will check into your complaint. That's a given.
