INVENT-TECH They recieved $645.oo from me on 06/16/04 for a portfolio of a invention and i never recieved it . CORAL GABLES Florida

I also recieved a certificate from them stating that If Inventor is dissatisfied with the Invention Research that i would get a full refund.
I tried to contact them about my portfolio and one of the numbers is no longer in service. and the other one directs you to a operator, but you still gets to talk to no one.
