in lieu of legal action.. I have never received anything in writing stating how much I owe and from whom. But in the original call they had told me that legal action had already been initiated. The callback number different from the number that they had originally called me on. That number is 877-471-1603.
None of their allegations are true and this is an apparent attempt to gain money in a fraudulent manner.
FYI the Better Business Bureau gave them an F.
