A scam called IPA (International Profit Associates, Inc.) also known as, IBA (Integrated Business Analysis, Inc.), from Buffalo Grove, IL.

A business consulting firm that promised a 300% day-to-day return on our investment. (thats how we would pay for IPAs services)

The consulting service could be cancelled on a daily basis.

3 consultants arrived & disrupted our on-going business, collecting IRS tax returns (corporate & personal), cash flow statements, corporate financial documents, etc.

IPAs action plan was to stall trade creditors & employ credit cards to pay for IPAs services!

We attempted to cancel IPA. The IPA telephone numbers all went to voice-mail.

The following day, I presented a memo advising IPA to discontinue work.

The IPA people presented an invoice for $16,775.00! IPA demanded payment before they would depart.

We refused; Willoughby turned hostile, threatening that IPA was going to "put us out of business" and, threatened that IPAs attorneys were going to destroy our credit rating and that they possessed our companys private information and, our personal tax returns and Social Security numbers which could all be employed to damage the business, and us personally!

IPA personnel departed, but only after we called 911.

IPA is a parasite. They feed on people and companies that can ill afford to fight back.

Now, IPA has begun going by the name of IBA (Integrated Business Analysis, Inc.).

This company is a scam & should be brought to justice.
