IPA IBA Deceptive marketing, High pressure lying sales tactics,false promises concerning payments Buffalo Illinois
Ipa,Iba used a barrage of phone sales calls by different departments to confuse me, then one dept promised a free phone consultation after I told him that I could not afford their "normal"services.
Then a guy showed up on my door step, and right then I shoulda sent him away, but I let him in...
After three days of turning my little shop upside down he turned the heat on, after he verbally promised that they would work with me on making payments to them I signed the little contract after I added aline saying that I would not pay them if I could not afford to, their guys showed up and after two days of doing what they do, they handed me a billand told me I had to pay the whole thing, this is how they work out payments.
I ended up giving them some on a credit card, and two post dated checks and told them I was not going to proceed any further. later I stop payment on those check and contacted a lawyer, but these guys are after me still.
