IT Data Direct - Megabyteinfo Fraudulent Invoices, Harrassing Collections Personel Kirkland Quebec

IT Data Direct and Megabyteinfo have contacted us requiring us to submit payment on outstanding invoices. They state that they have sold and delivered to us a Cosumer Database or a directory of some sort. Upon dealing with these peple to investigate their invoice they become belligerent and mocking. They say things like "Don't you know what a consumer directory is!!"

We have filed a complaint with the Canadian RCMP through (((Redacted)))

The constable who responded told us to simply send them a fax that states you will not be submitting payment and we have reported them to police. he advised that you should say they have 30 days to come collect their products after which time they will be disposed of.

They tried calling again and when we told them about the report and the constable's advise. At that time the representative we spoke to said, "Who is that your boyfriend?"

Don't try to reason with these people. Simply send a letter saying you wont pay and they will go away.

Advise your whole team as they keep coming back and can be very intimidating.
