It's a wonderful world childcare learning center is not a wonderful world for your child. I have seen them feed the children bad juice for example the apple juice they get in is expired (so is their milk); the juice had floating chunks in the bottom and it was carbonated (APPLE JUICE IS NOT CARBONATED UNLESS IT GOES BAD). The hotdogs are so moldy they looked metallic. There are teachers there that sleep on the job. There are teachers that don't even do the required curriculum.
The vans that they drive the children around in are old vans that other daycares can't drive because they are a road hazard. For instance, on halloween of 2001 we went to the pumpkin patch. They had to put water in the radiator before we left and since the radiator had no cap they picked up a stick and stuck it in the hole. Then when we went to go leave, the van wouldn't start so we used the cell phone to call and let them know and a man named Jerry told me well we are busy right now you will just have to wait and hung up. WE WAITED FOR 2 1/2 HOUR FOR SOMEONE TO (COME IN THE HEAT).
Here some more: an employee had, hand foot and mouth disease and guess what, the director named Terry Dukat made her come to work. Well what do you think happened? She gave it to an infant. And the daycare told the parent of that child "we don't know how she got it" and they told the parent could not bring the child back until it was cleared up. They tell a child to go home but they make the person spreading it come in. DUH - COME ON NOW!
I literally could go on forever and ever but there is not enogh space or time in the world. I'm telling you if you love your children or child DO NOT SEND THEM TO IT'S A WONDERFUL WORLD CHILD CARE LEARNING CENTERS IN RALSTON,OR OMAHA NEBRASKA

I have diapers and formula in stock there and I had two weeks were I was not bringing my daughter in due to having a broken leg (this was communicated as a very temporary interruption). When I brought my daughter back, all the supplies WERE GONE. The did hand me a onesy that had a HUGE bleach stain on it. They stated that they just washed it with some dish soap...
When I pushed the issue of the supplies disappearing... the management replaced them and told me I was not longer welcome to bring my daughter in.
So much for reputable childcare!

If something happens, we see to it that the child is happy and we are very involved with the children. The director is one of the most caring people that i have ever met and she has been in childcare for 15 years now.
All the children love it and we RARELY and i mean RARELY get complaints. I dont know if you were talking about a specific center, but i just wanted to let people know that we DO have good, very well funded and well educated teachers at our centers as well.
