ITALK WIRELESS VERIZON WIRELESS RETAIL CHAIN MIKE DEMBOV, BRIAN, AMIR WHEN YOU SEE ITALK ABOVE A VERIZON STORE RUN AWAY FAST Geneva, Illinois

I went into this "Verizon" store not knowing it wasn't a "REAL" Verizon but a chain of stores some scammer owns. When you search "ITALK" you quickly discover many complaints of this scamming company. I could write a long story of the run around lies I was told by the "Store Manager" Brian (WHO REEKED OF CIGARETTE'S) and the telephone phone tag I played with the Manager of Scammers Mike Dembov. This guy had a voice mailbox ALWAYS full (HOW CONVENIENT RIGHT?) and he works for a cellphone company BUT you can't get a hold of him? Side note- the wife tried calling him 5 TIMES and he had the must inappropriate songs playing when you would try to call him (REAL PROFESSIONAL LEADER THIS COMPANY HAS- WHAT A JOKE THIS S**T HOLE IS). 

The reason for my complaint is that this joke of a company has an army of scammers, liars and IDIOTS! I bought a phone as a NEW CUSTOMER that was later to discover used! In the phone file I discovered photos of a woman's ultersound and family ski trip!!! I showed this to Brian the Store Manager of this Geneva store and he laughed and said "Wow that is CRAZY... the phone is new I don't know how those photos got there"... LIE 1. Next lie, you have an employee discount from work. Lie 2.. later to find I didn't qualify after 4 months of waiting for a call back on the explanation on this from Brian and Mike. The ONLY person that returned my call and my wife's call was later handed off to another Manager named Kristian. I got her contact info from one of the sales guys at this store when I basically screamed I wanted answers and was tired of getting no results from the IDIOTS THAT WORK AT THIS PLACE! I do feel bad how I long yelled at this girl (to find out I was given her PERSONAL NUMBER... when she answered my call she was out to dinner with her Father)) I felt like an ass after that call and later went back to offer to buy her lunch to discover she no longer works for the company (HOPE SHE RAN SCREAMING SHE QUIT AFTER I TOLD HER EVERYTHING I HATED ABOUT THIS DISHONEST COMPANY). I got stuck with the USED phone (PAID FULL PRICE), MY REBATE GOT REJECTED, NO DISCOUNTS ON ANYTHING- NOTHING, SURPRISE ACTIVATION FEE'S (good old Brian failed to disclose that detail.. what a guy), NO WORK DISCOUNTS TO EVER BE APPLIED, BAD BATTERY IN MY PHONE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LIES AND LIES AND MORE LIES. 

My wife also went into this store and Brian laughed AGAIN when she said how surprised she was when we got our 10 page Verizon bill! Should of written this a while ago but I just hope this gives more people a warning to stay away from these CROOKS AND LIARS! Got the name of the owner from this website (thanks) Hey, Amir and if you read this: STOP SCAMMING AND TRY HIRING STAFF THIS IS PROFESSIONAL! 

PS. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS GREEN FEE CRAP? WHAT ARE THEY RECYCLING?? USED PHONES AS NEW PHONES? WHAT A SCAM THIS PLACE IS- RUN AWAY FROM ITALK CONSUMERS!!
