ITITT-Technical Institute ,Online Course, Incompetent People that do not do their JOB!! Carmel Indiana Nationwide

I have been a student at this school for almost 4 years and have some descent success. I have good job success because I have applied my self thouroughly with what was handed to me, or for a lack of better word thrown at me to learn on my own! I am a veteran and erely on my GI Bill to help pay for school and other expense required. Since graduating with my first degree, which was actually a pleasant experience, I have gained a good job and work all the time...so I decided to do my school online; this is where the problems begin!

First, I had to transition and apply for this school all over again, the credit check, admissions test, etc. I figured it would be an easy transition..NOT! These people are the laziest individuals I have ever had the displeasure of knowing! I had to take time off of work just to run down all of my paperwork that they already had access to via fax or phone call! When I had questions or concerns they treated me like I was a piece of meat on the 4th of July; they passed me from one person to the next. This clearly neversolved any of my issues or questions. I finally started classes, but since they did not do their job, my books were three weeks late, my GI Bill was short on the amount of funds becasue they reported it wrong; which I will not gain it back!!!

One particular time I asked the finacial person over my account to help me resolve a simple issue, she pretty much told me I was stupid and it was not here job to call the affiliated campus to retrieve my documentation; she said I had to quite being lazy and do it myself, it was not her place to do it! Mind you, the campus was now 200 miles from were I live, when they could have had the forms faxed to them with one phone call! I was suppose to graduate in March 09, but do to their lack of professionalism, I will not graduate until June 09!

I have taken 4 classes on three different occassions during three different quareter terms to accelerate my graduation time. Now they have hosed me, and I am three months behind schedule! I have not failed a class, I have a 3.74 GPA...but all they want is money!! They are awarded a stock percentage for every student per quarter.

All I am is another statistic to them...I AM GETTING RIPPED OFF!!, and so is my family! I work 50 to 60 hours a week, plus the 16 to 20 hours for school, I do not need to add to that because of there ineptitude to be profesionals! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL TO ANYONE, they do not care about higher learning....just money!!! The campus was not that bad..they actually found people who had the knowledge and the ability to teach it to others! BUT...the online portion of this school needs to be revamped in the most serious way! I have talk to anyone there who knows what they are doing!!!!!
