PC over time." $200, 6 hours and 3 tech.s later (having to off work) sitting in front of my PC (while these idiots went through my hard drive and deleted/added who knows what), I was told it was the problem was my antivirus program!!!! The same program that they said I should run weekly a few hours earlier! The tech. would not give back control of my PC till I said the problem was resolved. I refused and shut down the PC. I will contest the CCard charges! STAY AWAY from ITechline! They are
thieves!
