i was charged a total of $84.48 from ivory white for a product i never got.i phoned them and they told me it was longer to get because i was in canada,but that was a ridiculous answer..the person i talked to told me that i would be deducted the sum of $45.00 off my credit card bill,and that he would send me an e mail to confirm this..i never got that neither,nor the refund on my card .
