This company made two fraudulent charges to my credit card account...one of $39.90 with the transaction name of Ivy Capital and one (with a different transaction name) of EZ Income NV for $1.95

Neither charge is legitimate. I've no idea how they got my credit card number. I've contacted Citibank and disputed both charges claiming they're fraudulent.
