These are crooks of the highest order!  They scour the small businesspeople forums and groups representing that they can finance carbon credit trading and fund your business.  But they can't.  They are frauds.  They will take your money and you will never hear from them again.  Ian is no a PhD, can not fund anything and Masha is a schill in women's entrepreneurs groups.  The lowest class of scum, they target people who have dreams, motivation and vision, take their money and drain their energy.

Stay away at all costs.  LA DA and FBI have a file on these two.  It's only a matter of time before they are both deported or jailed.
