I placed an order with IcelandicFormula4 on March 19, paying extra for Rush Shipping, which promised delivery inside 2-6 days. Today is April 12 and I am still waiting for my order. To be fair, the company has reversed the Rush Shipping charges, but there is no explanation for the delay except excuses about the customs in the destination country, which in my case is the UAE. Now I have ordered many times from other online businesses in the past and have never faced any delays or hold-ups at customs. Every order has reached me inside seven days, some as early as three days, and all of them shipped from the US.
I wonder how IcelandicFormula keep blaming this delay on customs when they provide you no tracking details. Sorry to say, but the company does not seem to take its customers seriously and my humble request to anyone considering placing an order with IcelandicFormula is to beware. You would be lucky if you receive your order in this lifetime.
