Id Theft Protection Last chance, TrifectaCard I signed up for a loan from Last Chance. I then got a email from id theft protection. They canceled my account but took 33.98. They will not refund it. I did NOT know I signed up for this. Internet

I tried to get a loan from Last Chance. I didnt get it but I did get an e mail from ID Theft Protection conferming my account. I immeatily called to cancel and make sure nothing was takin out of my account. The Next day 33.98 was taken out of my account. I requested a refund and now they wont give it back saying it was traced back to my ip address. So im out of my money
