Idearc Media Corp. They promised I would be in all Texas counties but was only placed in one. D/FW Airport Texas

I was told by the sales lady who I believed called me (I really can't remember if I called or she did) that I could be in all Texas counties for $129.00 a month. It sounded way to good to be true but that is what she promised me. I checked my listing a few days later but could not find it anywhere.

I called them back and they could not find my order in the system at all. I waited a month and I got a bill in the mail for $129.00. I called the billing number and gave them my account number. They pulled up my account and refused to cancel the agreement even though I told them I was told by the sales lady I would be placed in all Texas counties.

I talked to two different people and they would not budge until they pull the sales recording from storage to review. In the meantime if I don't pay my bill I get my credit dinged so I hired a lawyer to send them a nasty gram and proceed with whatever kind of lawsuit I can to fine these guys for acting ridiculous.

I plan to make my issue known on every single rip off, scam website, BBB, attorney general Greg Abbot site out there. They have sold me using deceptive trade practices in a typical bait and switch yet they must believe the reward outweighs the penalty as most people will not pursue heavy legal action.

I would like to work with anyone who may be trying to start a class action lawsuit against this company. It looks like many of you have had the same thing happen to yourself as well. Feel free to contact me to work together on something big like a class action lawsuit or fill me in on what you did to aggressively defeat these con men.
