First they bait and switch me, send me to a link to show me how easy it will be for customers to see my ad .i try it out, they set it up , i go back to check, see my ad, cant find it anywhere, i then knew i was defrauded. I was already in foreclosure, due to predatory lenders loan servicers and their partners in crime the credit bureau's and the F.T.C., whom i have 8 complaints with, and they do NOTHING FOR US. So this ad needed to work,
not 1 lead from this B.S.- 100% B.S.so at the end of 07 i knew i had to relocate? and i shut down the business, my phone and website, I called several times, they dont answer,hi call volume you are told and i left messages, they never called back. So as per their contract, i sent them a letter to cancel and included a copy of my phone/internet bill showing they were shut off in jan. 08. They say in their contract they will upon verification stop billing me and cancel ,cant benefit from ad w/ no phone, address, or internet or website !
So now they are demanding that i pay the full remainder of my 6 mo. contract,i paid for oct. nov. and dec. now a credit clearing house is demanding payment for the 3 mo's. i had no service.
These co's .make these contracts, and are really rewriting the laws, they break them or defraud us, knowing we will stop paying and then we are forced into arbitration and are then forced to pay regardless of the fraud ?and or the judge will enforce the contract and we get a judgement. These contracts are setup to screw us 100 times no matter what happens, so its my fault predatory lending is legal, and the credit bur. are allowed 100 million errors, and the F.T.C. cant or wont do anything, and that lawyers dont handle these complaints, and that IDEARC doesn't abide by their own contract, and they dont answer the phone or return my calls,and they dont guarantee us anything ? cause their ads dont work,its all my fault ?
this business is a front for their criminal operation, CONTRACT EXTORSION -YOU WILL FIND THIS WITH ALL BIG BUSINESS NOW IN THIS COUNTRY, AS I CALL (THE UNITED CRIMINALS OF AMERICA )

Any institution, company, or group based on Fraud eventually falls apart. In IDEARC idiotic situation, the company and it's CEO's failed to realize that the consumers and the shareholders were the one dictating the RULES. The faith of IDEARC is a simply inevitable and is basic pattern for any company based on infringement of federal and consumer laws.
