When I would finally reach someone they said they would take care of the problem. Nevertheless, i was billed again. I continued to reiterate the fact that I had cancelled the account, in writing, but they continued to bill me. Now they have turned me over to a collection agency and are ruining my credit. I have now vowed to ruin them. This is my first step. My next step is suing them. I will not rest until this company either goes down or removes its claim from the collection agency. This is war.
Do NOT do business with Superpages.com or Idearc Media, or you will be suffering with their fraudulent business practices forever. They need to be shut down.
