Everyone is having problems with Ifit since they changed there computer program, and the program dose not allow you to use street view and other aspects that they agreed to provide you when you purchased the system. You can call them and they will give you a basic run around. The programers are working on it 24 hours a day ( folks it's a patch they already had they should be able to put it back in), it will be fixed by Monday (sadly they never told you which Monday because after several months it's still not fixed). We can all complain, but until we ban together we and everyone who buys the system are just wasting our time. Sadly I live in a small town in the middle of no where and I don't have the resources available some of you have. You want to get action contact the news media and get them to do a investigation so the public knows what's happening. When you contact them let them know who the major companies are that handle the product. You realize that when a company like Nordic Track and other companies advertise that street view is there they also are involved in the scam. The second thing is find a hungry attorney who is willing to file a class action suit against the company, and have him contact the major companies who are selling the product and tell if they don't quit advertising and selling the product they will be named in the suit. Writing a complaint on Ripoff is great, but sadly until we all ban together the company is still ripping off new customers every day.
