I keep getting charged by this company and even though I called and they said it was cancelled and no more charges I got charged again! Now I have a new charge on my bank account by something called promomax??? I have no clue what this is but they just charged me 39.95 and now I dont have money to cover rent check!!!! Anyone know what promomax is??? HELP!!

We found Frodomick's account with the iFriends service, using the information he provided in his report. The account has been cancelled, and all charges (a total of $14.90) have been refunded. If Frodomick has any more questions, we ask him to contact us directly by calling 1-800-243-9726, our toll-free Customer Care line. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The only time that Frodomick ever contacted us was on March 18. On that date, he sent us an email requesting his login and password. A Customer Care representative promptly responded. Contrary to Frodomick's claim, he never called us or requested that his account be cancelled. We keep careful records of all customer contacts.

In his report, Frodomick mentions a charge from Promomax. Our company has nothing to do with Promomax, and we never billed Frodomick for $39.95. We suggest that Frodomick contact this other company directly, or talk to his bank about that charge. As stated above, we have refunded all charges that we billed to Frodomick. If he has any questions, we encourage him to call us and we look forward to resolving any remaining issues.
