Search TipsThe only time that Frodomick ever contacted us was on March 18. On that date, he sent us an email requesting his login and password. A Customer Care representative promptly responded. Contrary to Frodomick's claim, he never called us or requested that his account be cancelled. We keep careful records of all customer contacts.
In his report, Frodomick mentions a charge from Promomax. Our company has nothing to do with Promomax, and we never billed Frodomick for $39.95. We suggest that Frodomick contact this other company directly, or talk to his bank about that charge. As stated above, we have refunded all charges that we billed to Frodomick. If he has any questions, we encourage him to call us and we look forward to resolving any remaining issues.
