Do not use this service. I have been a member of ifriends multiple times since the 90's. I have had many accounts there. I have had to cancel every account over billing issues.

I tried to "give them another chance" several times. It does not matter the practices continue. I just cancelled, what will be my final account with them.

I have been a member of a video host's fan club for many years. Recently I noticed that the monthly membership in the fan club was increased from $19.95 to $24.95. I was not notified of the increase nor did I authorize it. I was merely billed the new amount.

Recently, I cancelled my membership. I did not expect anymore billing. However, I just got billed again for the fan club membership.

There is another practice that they have used, even though I have complained about it. They continue to bill for video chats in small increments, usually less than $20 each, So if I am in an extended video chat session I am billed several times. I have informed them that every time this happens, I am billed a $1 transaction fee by my bank.

I attempted to use the video chat wallet to get around this, to no avail. When the funds in your video chat wallet run out, you lose the ability to chat with the model until you respond to a popup inquiring if you want to add more funds. During this time you are still being charged and even if you choose not to add any more funds, you are charged for this time in the private session and your card will be billed.

 Let me say that, in the past I have tried to work with them. This time I simply came here to file the report. I am tired of giving them another chance.

Ifriends will over bill you in any way that they can get away with it and from other reports here,as well as my chats with some chat hosts, they are not paying them for their services either.

I believe that these are reasons that they have fewer chat hosts than ever before and it appears that they have fewer members as well.
