On September 14, 2005 $320.25 was removed from Mom's bank account, this was an overchange and the product has never been fulfilled. We have both contacted firstname.lastname@example.org multiple times with the following instructions, "This order needs to be cancelled immediately with the entire amount of $320.25 refunded."
We have both called the 800 number 800-709-2216 repeatedly and have never been able to remain on hold long enough to talk to a representative. I'm currently on hold and have been for 1:30.
