Igia - Singer Lazer Storm ripoff, ordered one, they set 4 & charged me for them! Los Angeles California

I tried calling the phone # on the invoice (800)711-8357 four times, each time it put me on hold for 45 minutes & then disconnected. When you email customercare@singerlazer.com your letter comes back saying there's some- thing wrong with the address. When you call their other number, 1-877-289-4442, you get a message that says "There's no one here to answer your call" then hangs up! Finally I got the number 212-575-0500 off one of the complaints on your website. When I called they acted like they didn't know anything about the Igia vac. Finally I did speak to "Lynn" (wouldn't give me her last name) who promised they would send Fed Ex out to pick them up in a month and then they would credit my card. It's now 10/27. I'm know trying to get my credit card company to reverse charges
