POSTED: Wednesday, August 09, 2006Next time, I bet you cut to the Chase, I mean Citi, and reverse the CC charge pronto and skip the promiseathon.
I use an MBNA CC (not the world's favorite) and all I have to do is call them. They then check the situation out. I also follow the account online, and I can file for a reversal online and include screen capture documentation. This is FAST!
Online CC acount followup is just as often and just as quick as you want it to be. The paper bill by snailmail is really slow and late.... it's kind of like referring to the dead sea scrolls to manage your CC account.
