Ilan Bracha is a scumbag who needs to have his liscense finally taken away. We knew he was under investigation as we had read - but this one takes the cake. Even when we reviewed court records and saw many lawsuits we didn’t want to believe it.
This slick jerk collected deposits on rentals, and then never gave the apartment, claiming it was a consulting fee to my 82 year old grandmother. Its that simple – and he would not give a refund. He was paid $36,000 as escrow at a home on 55th St. in and simply scammed it. More than 60 complaints have been filed against him of a similar nature we learened when we filed a complaint – and have been told the investigation was handed over to the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and the U.S. Department of Justice – yet we cannot get our homey back anytime soon.
Stay away from Ilan Bracha.
