Imagine Mastercard Payment Never Late, Account closed by grantor, ruined credit Atlanta Internet

Very simple,
I recieved an email from Imagine mastercard, claiming they are a company that helps build or rebuild credit.
I was offered a 300.00 limit at 30.00 per month .
i chose the automated payment method each month. (Never late Company has always recieved payment on demand)
So along the way i sent in extra money via mailed in checks.

50.00, 100.00, 150.00, 50.00 and so on.
after 6 months the limit was raised to 400.00 due to never having a late payment.

on the seventh month a check that had been mailed in about 40 days prior went through my account, and was returned to Imagine as NSF. (this being over and above and totally seperate from my payments)

Imagine imedeatly closed my account and reported the account being closed by the grantor. Also stated never late, Charged me 35.00 for the check then charge me another 35.00 for going 14.74 over my limit (Gas station the card was approved)

Then when i contacted the company and was bounced all over New Delhi India and finally transfered to Atlanta i talked with a company manager Goerge employee ID TOJ01006 he stated he would clear it all up and reopen the account if i would give him an instant payment of 103.86 so i agreed and gave him authorization to post tit on my account right then while we talked...
i waited 7 days and checked the credit report again no change was made.

Account still closed by grantor and a payment of 174.74 was deducted from my account on top of the 103.86.
So now i have talked to C.S.R. who says noone is allowed to give there ID out and Nothing can be done on my account Name was Swati (so now someone who is not in America nor even makes income in America is telling me she has control over my American Finances....
so now after talking and transfers to Nelson ID 3490,Ronnie ID 7488, Thomas JUTO0307, i finally get a reference number 62741907-7 which states who knows what supposed to be to reopen the account so i could payoff the balance and show it as paid and customer cancelled...
This Again didnt happen so now a third try i finally get transferred to Raul ID 9079 Claiming he is a manager but yet does not have the letters in front of numbers, Tells me to fax a letter from my bank explain courtesy pay did not work and that is why it got kicked back (But still never made a late payment and had made extra payments...) he would read the letter and make a decision, so i tried to fax the letter to the phone number given and it did not work ,since noone will give the address for the Atlanta office i had no choice but to mail the letter to payment center in Newark,NJ and have no garuntees it will be forwarded to this Raul...
I recieved replies from imagine in email stating they will not work with me to reopen account let me pay it in full since only 160.00 owed to close and even though I now have on my statement open credit line ,never late on payments and a penalty in fico score points over this 400.00 credit card ,But yet have 86,000.00 in credit spread over several creditors with no bad marks never late.So tell me if this seems like a company who does what it claims...

I hope this gets read before the decision is made to accept them.

I have never had to borrow money in my life i became a single father ,lost my job, home and had to start over from square one so i had no payment history since never had a loan this little pissy credit card was to help me gain that history... I paid even stated on my credit report NEVER LATE but this apparently doesn't matter they also stated they would have closed the account due to me going over my credit limit 14.74 so either way i lost and have a bad mark against me unfairly on my credit report. DO NOT THINK THEY ARE HONEST OR CARE....
