       I purchased a living social package from Iman Weightloss months ago. I called to set up my appointments with-in 2 days. When I called, I spoke to Veronica Shivachi and she kept saying how she would call me back because she was tied up and blah blah blah. When I called back about a week later, she told me to call the office and not to contact her anymore. I was confused because that was the number on her website and her living social so I texted her, she responded rudely and said that she has a new number and an "assistant" that would handle all of her clients from now on.

        When I called the office, a ghetto ill-mannered young female answered the phone and scheduled my appointments. When I went to my first appointment, I recognized the female's voice and she was very loud and very abbrasive. Upon leaving, I confirmed my appointment. A day later I recieved a phone call from a another one of her un-trained unproffesional staff and she had said that they double booked and they need to reschedule my appointments. ALL of them. I had 6 left and I only have 2 days off a week, and I tweaked my schedule to fit them, I was upset and said that I could only reschedule two until I go work out some different dates with my supervisor.

        My second appointment, I was pushing it because when I HAD to reschedule, I had to push it to a day I was working, I had no choice because of their mistake. I showed up 10 minutes late to my appointment and Veronica came steaming to the front saying that there is a 25 dollar late fee. She had NEVER mentioned that before and truth be told it was their fault I was LATE! I got on the machine and after my session I left, the whole office was so rude it was bad atmosphere. Next week for my next appointment I called the day of my appointment and asked if I could cancel because work was running over, and the young lady but me on hold and Veronica JUMPED on the phone and said there was a 50.00 cancellation fee. I was livid but had no choice. Where are all of these fees coming from? Why couldn't they accomodate me and this was THIER mistake?

I called back a couple of days later to reschedule my appoints and I was told that they had NO available appoints for the month. I was LIVID! Then I heard Veronica in the background saying rude and snippy comments, ( Which she does in person as well ). I kept calling for about 3 weeks and everytime I called there was a NEW untrained unproffesional worker and they kept saying they were booked and they would call me back when they had open availability. They never called and never responded to my e-mails about a refund. 

The office is small, thrown together and messy. Veronica is not a good business woman, and I would never go back and never reccomend it. This place is a rip off and I suppose that's why her prices are crackhead cheap, because your dealing with crackhead professionals!

I am a client of Iman NP Center. I had a diametrically opposite experience than the person who complained here. It is hard to believe that those comments are true in any respect. I bought my package of 4 i-lipo treatments online at Amazon local. I made an immediate appointment by phone and was treated courteously and respectfully. I later found I was speaking with the owner. I made my appointment with no problem. On the appointment date, I arrived on time and was greeted pleasantly by the owner, Veronica. She was very friendly and explained the procedure and got me registered and there was absolutely no wait.

My experience was so good, I bought additional treatment sessions. I had the same great experiences with over 10 appointments!  One time only, the appointments were running behind and I received a courtesy phone call to let me know to come later so i would not have to wait. Although Veronica was unaware of it, I am an elected official in the City and therefore my time is limited and time commitments and courteous treatment are important. Veronica called out of concern for my time, just as a regular client! This never happens in doctors offices or any other service related businesses! I was impressed with the level of professionalism and courtesy exhibited for her clients!

Conversely, there was one occassion that I was running late due to a meeting. Veronica was very accommodating and actually waited for me. There was no discussion, or assessment, of any late fee charge.

I found Veronica to be very professional, sensitive to her client's needs and an overall joy to work with. She is knowledgeable on various weight loss services and holistic methods of well being.  She offers i-lipo and other weight loss services. The prices at the NP Center are the best value for the services. I had the same i-lipo treatment at another center and it was more than double the special prices that are offered here. Not only did i receive all services purchsed, on time, as scheduled, I even received one free appointment for making a referral, under a special promotion. Great value, great professional experience.  My results were good too. I lost 3 inches on my  waist and about 2 in my abdomen. 

I have and will continue to refer friends, colleagues and family, to the Iman NP Center.

I, too purchased an online deal to Iman Weightloss Center in Southfield Mi.  My experience was the polar opposite of the other report here.

After purchasing I called and immediately made an appointment.  Veronica the Nurse Practioner was polite and profesional and got me in quickly (despite that fact that deals such as Living Social and Groupon tend to swamp businesses and make booking difficult).

The day of my first appointment the weather turned awful and I was concerned about driving 40 minutes in the snow to get to the appointment.  I called 3 hours before my appointment and asked if I could cancel.  Veronica said ofcourse and directed me to the website to reschedule.  There was no fee.  I rescheduled for a week later and it snowed yet again making the drive difficult.  I called the evening before and left a message.  Veronica reshceduled me again without complaint or monetary penalty. 

The third try was a charm.  The office is manned only by the nurse practioner herself.  She met me at the window ( I was almost 10 minutes late because I got lost).  I received a friendly greeting, filled out all of the paperwork and was escorted backto a very lovely spa like treatment room.

Veronica made the weigh-in and measurement process as comfortable as possible.  There was no judgement or awkwardness, only positive reinforcement that I had taken steps to get to where I felt good about myself.

She explained the entire process before we started and answered my endless questions.  She also gave me nutrition tips and instructions on how to get the most out of my treatments to see the results I wanted.

I have had three treatments now and every visit is the same, she asks how I'm feeling, if I am noticing a difference ( yes, I am) and always takes her time with me.

The 20 minute treatment is painless and like a little slice of heaven with the soothing light and music.

I am down almost 3 pounds and 2 inches off my waist in less than 2 weeks. I've added an herbal supplement she reccomended for me ( but does not sell) and am generally feeling good.  Unlike other Social Shopping deals I have purchased she has not once suggested I purchase more sessions, products or services.

iLipo isn't a magic pill but it does work even with minimal lifestyle adjustments, and I personally wouldn't have it done anywhere else.
