Area manager promises a full refund for all the trouble, and Then refuses refund when i refused to go back to let them screw me up even more!!
Took them over a month and counting for them to transfer my records to my local dentist, after repeatedly requesting , in writing and verbally.
Was not clear on costs, and did not explain anything clearly. This company goes back on their word, and is not to be trusted!! No one within the company could keep anything straight. I was once addressed by the wrong first name even! proves they do not pay attention to detail or to the customers!
Will never go back!
