Hello my name is Imogene Richardson, I signed up with worldcom for two wireless lines about a year ago during the Christmas time. I thought I was going to recieve reasonable service not any service at all. I signed a year contract and I can swear I have paid more than a year worths of charges, I have cancelled one of my plans and really need to do so with the other line, it's just the problem of changing a phone# when it is crucial for alot of people to depend on that # to contact you. Please help me, besides paying over 12 months it seems to be an increase in the price of the plan I agreed to and I repeat it is extremely impossible to get in touch with these people, I have tried tonight also. Thankyou for any help in this matter. Ms
