I had 100 booklets done here that were promised to finish within a week, ended up taking over 3 weeks and not to mention, I never really got the books. I ended up taking mis-colored booklets at a discount because the machines kept malfunctioning. I still need to get them reprinted to their original condition. What kills me is I got a proof, and the end result looked nothing like it! I don't think this place has experience printing anything more than fliers and calendars, save your real artwork for a boutique shop or someplace than won't just run your project through the ringer without even comparing it to the proof. They try to wring your project through and they don't care about the quality of their work.
