I researched the following entities on not only this site but throughout other various agencies and resources: "Alpha Financiers"; "Imperial Foundation Lotto" and on the check itself "Crown Castle USA, Inc." The first 2 entities appear to be the backbone according to the information I have found.
I have contacted the third party on the check and asked them to state their case and will amend this report accordingly when and if such response is received.
Apparently the checks are either counterfeit or stolen and once deposited if you follow the directions in the letter you will be left holding the bag as to the liability with the bank for the fraudulent check.
