Made the mistake of accepting the deal it was a can't pass up offer. As with the others I made air reservations and booked the cruise, and then was contacted that ship is still in Houston with FEMA. They too also offered me a different cruise for more $$$ which I declined. I also had only that window of vacation time and and the airline wouldn't work with me on changing flight times.
I was offered all 6 nights hotel and all 7 days rental car ( piece of garbage) and the ability to rebook the cruise any time in the next 24 months. I also had already paid the $118 port fees. I was assured that NOTHING is refundable. Also I was also responsible for all taxes on the hotel and car rental. The hotel was adaquate, not great, free food is a joke, yes it's free but not much to pick from on buffet, and breakafst doesn't start until 8:00 who wants to wait that late?
I will see what happens when I try to book the cruise next year. I also had to listen to a timeshare presentation - didn't buy but they are their usually P U S H Y selves and it took 4 hours not the 2 as advertised on the phone. It was over an hour to get to the presentation. To anyone thinking about this just hang up!

I'm responding to all of you who believe you were ripped off. I wouldn't care to respond except that this exact type of marketing happens every day on your PC. All the sites that you visit that are "pay per click" point you to another site that you will either A) spend money at............. or B) give an opinion which is valuable to that company. You all obviously don't understand that your credit/debit card companies provide information on what you spend and how often to every internet and luxury item company in the land, they generate tons of revenue this way. You are a fool if you don't know this. Read that again: You are a fool if you don't know this. There would be noone calling you if you did not constantly spend money on this type of item or commodity.
Secondly, regarding Ramada, you are actually getting 14 days of vacation for under $1,000. Do you really think they would pay your airfare for a family of 4? Again, idioso.....this is for accomodations and a couple of shows, as is explained in a very detailed phone presentation which is monitored and regulated by the industry. All in all it's a great deal. They even give you up to 2 years to use it.
You get:
4 days/3 nights Fort Lauderdale, FL
3 days/2 nights Orlando
2 day/2 night cruise to Nassau, Bahamas (inclusive of meals)
3 days/ 2 nights to Las Vegas, Nevada
4 days/ 3 nights to Puerto Vallart, Mexico
For under a $1,000 charge.
And yes you have to get yourself there!!!!!!
You, the consumer, are of the utmost understanding of what you are purchasing when you are recorded with their legal department as to what you are buying, no more and no less.
You all need to grow up, for what you are experiencing is called buyers' remorse, for which there is no cure, except for waking up with your toes in the sand of our beautiful Florida beaches.
Take your vacation and be merry with the rest of us. It simply is what it is.
