An upset, angry attendant was not able to communicate easily with us because of language differences. I left my car in the spot for an extra 1 1/2 hours, and when I returned had a ticket for $68.90.
Hotel personnel gave us a number to call. We received no response to phone calls. Others paid the ticket rather than spending time and energy to deal with the matter.
I sent a letter to the head office - no response, except for re-issuing the ticket and threatening Collection Agency Action. Any suggestions?
