We sent them a purchase order based on their quarantee to deliver 700 backpacks for an event. A few days before they were due, we were told they can't deliver. They refuse to return our pre payment of $66,500. We are forced to sue. In doing our research- this seems to be a pattern of these guys. they recently closed their other company for this reason and re opened another business under Import & Export Group, LLC.

SURE DID HAPPEN THAT WAY!

SHOWS YOU THAT THEY ARE NOT DENYING THAT THEY HAVE ALL $66,500 OF MY MONEY AND DID NOT DELIVER ANY PRODUCT!

First of all,  there are always too many variables in the Import Export business to make guarantees. (YA? SEE BELOW) It specifically states on the PO that any changes, or delays made by the customer will change the delivery date.

THIS IS HUMOUROUS THE CLIENT NEVER RECD A PURCHASE ORDER IMPORT & EXPORT

THE CLIENT SENDS THE PO, NOT THE FACTORY

Secondly, the company did everything possible to accomodate her terms to deliver on time. However, she delayed paying the deposit, - IF MY FULL DEPOSIT WAS DELAYED AND WOULD JEAPORDIZE THE IN HANDS DATETHEN WHY WOULD THEY STILL ACCEPT MY PRE-PAYMENT IN FULL?SEE BELOW WHERE THEY CONFIRM DELIVERY ON JUNE 10TH THE SAME DAY THEY RECD MY WIRE

 Good morning. We need a letter ASAP/TODAY from the sponsor of this event saying that they have approval to use the logos of the different companies on the bag. The Chinese government just but in place a very hard policy on counterfeits and the companies are really getting nervous and now requiring this letter. We were just notified over the weekend. Do not panic, everything is cut and partially sewn (Just waiting on the flap with the embroidery) we will still be good on the delivery.

In order to get the shipment on time, we offered to have the logos painted/screen printed on. THIS IS NOT WAS ORDERED AND AGREED UPON- THIS IS A COMPLETE BAIT AND SWITCH -  



 



Third, She refused the screen print, then sent threatening e-mails saying she must have them embroidered and on the first agreed upon date.  The e-mails went back and forth all day.  When she became angry, the last e-mail said CANCEL THE ORDER!!! YES, I CANCELLED ORDERED AFTER THEY AGREED THEY COULD NOT DELIVER WHAT WAS ORDERED AND AGREED UPON REGARDLESS THEY STOLE MY 66,500 AND HAVE DELLIVERED NOTHING!



 



The owner called the factory and cancelled according to her demands, but the bags had already been made, but were not printed. Import and Export had to pay for the bags that were made, hence Import & Export could not refund her deposit. NOT TRUE- SEE BELOW WHERE ALFREDO SAYS NONE OF THE BACKPACKS ARE READY

It's unfortunate, that when people mess up, they try to blame Import and Export Group, and slander their good name. GOOD TRY NOT WHEN THIS SAME SCENARIO HAS HAPPENED SEVERAL TIMES!



ITS UNFORTUNATE THAT IMPORT & EXPORT GROUP CONTINUE TO STEAL PEOPLE MONIES AND MAKE A BUSINESS OUT OF THIS SEVERAL PAST JUDGEMENTS, BANKRUPTCIES



ALL PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE CHECK FOR YOURSELF BUYER BEWARE I TOO WAS AMAZED

The company offered to continue the order, but she said it was too late, and denied cancelling. HOWEVER, I DO HAVE A COPY OF ALL HER E-MAILS!

It's unfortunate, that when people mess up, they try to blame Import and Export Group, and slander their good name.
