That was June 19, 2006. We received a letter Oct 3, 2006 that our rebate application could not be postmarked later than the 210 days. Our error was not sending it by registered or confirmed mail. But, from what I am reading it really would not have made a difference anyways.
I hope some sort of action will be taken against these people.
I also understand TigerDirect no longer offers the rebate.
