InSource Financial Services, LLC., Fairbank, SPS, US Bank Looks like InSource is part of Fairbanks and SPS, plus US Bank may have a part in all of this Huntington New York

After years of working with Fairbanks and SPS we just gave up and turned our home over to SPS as required under Ohio Laws. Fairbanks AKA SPS were also sending us letter stating that we did not make a payment. We sent then copies of the payment they claimed was not made. We would get another letter form them stating that it was another month that was missed. We kept doing this over and over again for over four years. Even after they lost a law suit over this same thing Fairbanks changed their name and started all over again. They were charging us all kind of fee's that was never on the orginal contract.

Every time you sent in proof of payment they would tack on another fee for looking at our proof of payment. They would call us on the phone 6 to 10 times a day, on Hoildays and Sundays after 9 PM at night. We were called all kinds of names and threaten. They keep calling even after they were sent a certified letter telling them to stop calling under the FCRA.

After legally turn this home over to them, we got forecloures paper from them some two years later. We never got a court date sent to us, on our credit history report it shows that US Bank foreclosed on this property over two year ago.

Starting in late 2007 we started getting letters form InSource Financial Services, LLC. wanting full payment on this home or they will foreclose on this property. InSource refuses to answer any legal protest, even after all the info was sent to them. All they do is keep sending letters of demand. You cannot not find anything out about InSource on the Internet. If you call them they will not answer the question that you ask them about Fairbanks AKA SPS, or US Bank.
