I went through the free Ipod offer and fulfilled my obligation of completing the 6 required offers. I received instant credit for all but one of them, the DirecTv offer on page 3. I ordered paid, had it installed and activated it over 20 days ago. It seems as though they hold you short of showing "complete". I have sent three emails over the past three weeks with no response.

They don't answer the phone, you have to leave a message. They state you only have 90 days to get all of your offers completed. I feel that they hold credit for offers back until your 90 days are up and you have to start over. Maybe this will finally just get them to respond to my emails. It's the least they could do.

Hello all,
As promised, I said that I would accurately reflect any developments in this process. I mailed my voucher on 12/28/05 and sent an email earlier today to ask how I would know if they received it. I received a response quickly that once they show it as recorded, it would show up on the website.
I will update again once the website is updated.

Account Finally Updated and I am hopeful

After several emails (that were never responded to), my account was finally updated to "qualified" so I assume someone there did actually receive my inquiry. I believe in setting things straight so as I move through this process I will update this website. I am mailing in my voucher today, 12/28/04 and will keep this log updated with what I receive.
